      There should be a forum for students with needs to sign or not sign on how to contact. If you can't reach by student email, to email regular email or call or text or the ability to duel email.

      Why you think it is important

      Starting uni i didn't know how to access work my emails, the way the university decided to handle it, was continue to email me on said email. once I figured out how to access and use my emails i was flustered. If there was other ways to contact me or someone else to contact and contact me on there behalf. that would of eased my transition into uni. Feel this could be a wider issue for other disabled students aswell who are transitioning
