      There should be paper format for all the services what are provided by the university, same as giving the academic mentors one as well. So its like a bible.

      Why you think it is important

      Not all student know how to navigate the online services. There was once upon a time a booklet what was mandatory for Academic staff to have, until it went online. I believe it would be best to have online and paper format. Emails, are easily lost or ignored. Having emails, booklets and the academic staff fully aware of every service. would higher the quality of services provided by the University - heightening student and education satisfaction
