    Implementation of system to report facility issues

      Looking for a way for students to report issues with facilities including faults and cleanliness. e.g plug socket in the library not working, toilets unclean, vending machine incorrectly dispensing, insufficient hand drying facilities, blind missing from learning environment window causing distracting glare during a lecture.

      Why you think it is important

      Different departments deal with different issues and even outside companies and it would, therefore, be difficult for students to find out who to contact about which issue and request assistance. It would be great if there was an email address/comments box at reception where such issues could be reported and an appointed person could be responsible for ensuring reports are acted upon. Many students use the university when only minimal security staff are in and so are unable to report matters to an appropriate member of staff at the time.
