Here you can find a list of all the policies which have been passed by student council. We're working on a live tracker so you can check the progress of each policy, but until we've got that up and running please contact your student president team to ask for an update on policies.     Skolstrejk för klimatet (school strike for the climate)

      There should be dedicated dates for UWS, Ayrshire College Ayr Campus and Ayr Academy to take part in a climate strike. It would not be possible every Friday, probably not even once a month, but there is no Planet B.

      Why you think it is important

      We are approaching a global climate crisis. This is affecting us all, even if we do not all feel the consequences yet, but we will. Large parts of Sub-Saharan Africa, the Mid-West of the USA, Central and Southern European countries, the Middle East and Australia are heading towards a water crisis due to climate change with many rivers running dry and water becoming a scarcity.
