    Make IT work remotely on student laptops

      It can be very disorientating for a remote student with a technical dilemma. Who do they turn to for advice? Make IT work remotely on student laptops so that they can solve IT issues quickly and effectively, reducing stress and anxiety along the way. Remote working - where a laptop is shared remotely - works well for IT at UHI, so it can work at UWS too.
