Find out what Students' Union policies have been passed by students, and more importantly, what is being done about them.

Here you can find a list of all the policies which have been passed by student council. We're working on a live tracker so you can check the progress of each policy, but until we've got that up and running please contact your student president team to ask for an update on policies. You can also check out current ideas and rejected ideas.

    Better contact with class reps

      For a better method to be implemented to inform students who their class rep is. This could include resources such as being able to anonymously message the class rep on Moodle, a similar version of the “View personal tutor” option on self service banner, or any way that will be easy for students to access

      Why you think it is important

      As much as all class reps are elected/selected by the personal tutor, the communication can become very dead from there. UWS needs a better way for students to know who they can go to to raise issues that are affecting them.
