Current Ideas

These are policy ideas from students at UWS which will be voted on at the next student council to decide whether or not they will become Students' Union policy.

Have a read through the policy ideas below, and once our digital systems are back online you will be able to upvote ideas you like, downvote ideas you don't like, and you can always add a comment or question too.     New microwave for the Lanarkshire campus and any other campus who does not have this facility

      We would like the union to install a new microwave in the Lanarkshire campus for student use.

      Why you think it is important

      To bring Lanarkshire in line with other campuses, and to allow students who may be struggling financially, or have special dietary requirements, to bring their own hot lunch to campus.

      Is there anything else you think we should know?

      While this affects only one campus at the current time, the policy should be that all campuses have access to food warming facilities.
