Good Move–Walking is a programme devoted to offering free, easy, sociable health walks up to an hour long led by volunteers across Glasgow. People come along to walks to get out and about as well as meet people while enjoying the sights of the city’s parks, waterways and gardens.
As one of Scotland's largest charities, we offer diverse volunteering opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. Volunteers receive a welcome bag, out of pocket travel expenses, support and relevant training. Our volunteers also have the opportunity to attend social events as well as health and wellbeing awareness sessions.
