Our services are offered completely free of charge to everyone in Renfrewshire, regardless of race, religion, or financial situation.

WHAT COULD YOU GAIN?

  • An understanding of Third Sector retail activities

By joining us, you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of the unique operations within Third Sector retail. You'll gain first-hand experience working in a charity shop environment, where the focus is not only on sales but also on supporting a cause, promoting sustainability, and contributing to the local community. This role offers an excellent opportunity to see how retail can drive positive change and support a broader mission.

Throughout your time with us, you’ll build essential soft skills that are valuable in any career. From improving your communication and customer service abilities to honing your teamwork and problem-solving skills, you’ll regularly engage with the public, volunteers, and our retail team. These experiences will enhance your confidence and ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people, which will serve you well in both professional and personal settings.
