We’ll be taking a break for the holidays from Friday, December 20th, 2024, to Sunday, January 5th, 2025. During this time, our services and support won’t be available.

We’ll be back and ready to help from Monday, January 6th, 2025, when our regular hours resume.

Looking for Support During The Festive Season?

Support will be available for all students throughout the festive period, including Christmas Day. The support line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
