I am currently studying MBA in business administration at University of the West of Scotland (London Campus). As a future graduate, I believe I am a strong candidate for ‘Vice President of Student Development’ in UWS. These are the things I am planning to do once I get elected:

Officer of the Student Development and Societies

If there is any matter that the student is not sure about a matter or any issue they are dealing with inside or outside the university that includes Portal explanation, Library guidance, cohorts numbers, Lack of Writing, Speaking and Listening skills, I will make sure to tackle it by providing him with all the options and alternatives to take into consideration and therefore help him to improve any of his skills.

Work to ensure adequate volunteering opportunities are available for members to enhance their University Experience. 

I will provide volunteering opportunities for students who wants to increase their skills inside and outside the University by providing websites for internship and work Placement.

I am going to also make sure to enhance the possibilities for student on getting a job by connecting them with Job Fairs and Expos that are available around the UK.

Work to ensure that members are integrated into the local communities

   I will make sure that student is engaged with all the members of the university, I will arrange a day to make a tour of the whole University in order to get them familiar with the Campus.

Work with appropriate staff to build parity of the student experience across UWS campuses. 

I am going to make sure that everyone gets their right in this university no matter where they came from everyone will be treated equally. Therefore, I am going to join forces with the vice president of student welfare and wellbeing and student vice president of education to make sure everyone is taken into consideration no matter what race, gender or religion. 

  Work to develop opportunities for students to study internationally

   I will help student who wants to do an exchange outside the UK y providing them with as much information as possible.

  Work to ensure that International Students are supported during their time at UWS

I myself am an international student, therefore I know how it feels to study far from your home country, therefore, I will be supporting them on their journey towards development and make them feel comfortable as much as possible, even those who struggle with the language.

  Campaign for change and improvement in their respective area. 

If there is any change that student requires for, they could come and talk to me about it and I will try my best to help them

 UWS is Constantly trying to make the student experience better. This is a good opportunity for me to prove myself in this University and make a positive change. Therefore, anything that the student will be worrying about, just leave it to me
